I dealt a team where I didn't get proper support from the team members. I had to go through lot of physical & mental stress. I complained to Management several times regarding this, but no action was taken. I am moved to another role now. But the Team Lead who's taking care of team now is undergoing the same stress. Management should take serious action on the employees who are irresponsible towards their work.

The culture and respect towards workers is really appreciated. Most of the Managers are just amazing that they keep any kind of dignity towards their employees, instead they mingle with all the coworkers in all the activities and doesn't maintain distance with their downline coworkers.
