Kindly don't delete this review If this removed again, it will be posted again HR Management is at its best of the worst form very poor people management lately, employees welfare are not considered for major decisions No promises from leadership management is not being honoured They are ready to create the illusion of power within people and start to put the desicion made by them Lot of rules are made to make people so they can't use or avail Org events are being done for name sake, and their true purpose is lost in history. Recent new year leave calendar been like scam at its best

Dislikes

I dealt a team where I didn't get proper support from the team members. I had to go through lot of physical & mental stress. I complained to Management several times regarding this, but no action was taken. I am moved to another role now. But the Team Lead who's taking care of team now is undergoing the same stress. Management should take serious action on the employees who are irresponsible towards their work.

Likes

The culture and respect towards workers is really appreciated. Most of the Managers are just amazing that they keep any kind of dignity towards their employees, instead they mingle with all the coworkers in all the activities and doesn't maintain distance with their downline coworkers. Hybrid model of working (2 days per week) helps us to keep our work life and family time balanced.

I have nothing so far that made me dislike.

CDW has a beautiful culture. The work life here is so well balanced. All the employees are greatly encouraged to reach their goals. The learning platforms available are truly appreciable.

Dislikes

We see some budget cut offs these days which is little disappointing but other than that everything is super fine.
