...ed that incentives amount. Work pressure too much. Sometimes 12 to 14 hours. Compensation very low. Intolerable insecurities regarding work data due to which no work from home. So overall if you want to learn how not to run a company please join. All the best

No work pressure for work because they believe in quantity not quality.

Salary delay, They cut salary without any previous information and reason and You can't work free minded, Because this organisation is filled with dumb and useless people.

The work environment is good and the senior staff, Project manager is very helpful towards learning new things and giving opportunity to manage work according my experience.

Dislikes

The salary system is not good in the company, employees have to wait 3 to 4 months for there salary.

I am working to this company in 1.5 years, but company's managgement role is very well, and staff beaver is very good, especially the Project Manager Mr. Chanden Kumar Sir is very frank.

Dislike, salary starts from 30 to 40 days after the end of the month.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good and appraisal are fair.

Dislikes

Salary is not on time. Appraisal is not given every year. Career growth is very slow.
