...ng it's a business and nothing can be expected and guaranteed for career growth. If projects are there then you might be continued with a salary based on the project rate, however, priority will be given to some communities. So, for project-based recruitment, I will leave it to your choice. Don't get confused with my review feedback, still it's a good company where you can establish your skills and enrich your career if you know somebody in a good position.

Well maintained work life balance is present and colleagues are friendly. You can develop your skills with the cooperative managers.

Salary hike is not good! This is the main issue here. And also organisation structure is not well maintained.

...ly and improve your skills. Will be recognized if we show expertise in the tool. On-time salary, reimbursement, and employee-friendly management. The leave policy is one of the best in the market.

No work-from-home options. Some management politics between the office affects the promotion or appraisal. No big difference in the appraisal between the performer and non-performer.

Company has chosen me and given an opportunity at corporate office based on my performance at the project. Professional people. Quality working culture. 05 days a week working.

Compensation is good, but growth is slow despite of very good ratings work wise.

Servicedesk manager (Full partiality person sitting for more than 20 years) Servicedesk Leads(will target specific employees and make them resign like I did) 3% hike for working 2 years with a good performance greater than 15% hikes twice a year and promotions to the favorite bucket people whose performance is poor Many more are there however CDM Smith has given me food and a career for 2 years I will be thankful to the company but service desk management no positive words.
