If projects are there then you might be continued with a salary based on the project rate, however, priority will be given to some communities. Company Policies for US persons In India you are just a labour. If you are have good connection with higher management and min 2 yrs old in company you can get a chance to work in US for a year

Micromanagement Terminate without reason Favorism by senior management Senior management Gossips for employees If you are good in office politics you are welcome here. Be ready to take someones fault on your own if you don't have proofs like chat snap, mail etc. Avoid this company
