Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There is no guarantee for your job 100%. If you asking hike after 2 years they simply told will see you in next year.company policies they used to cut insurance money if u ask plZ give my Icard they will not respond you... Pls think more than a times to join in this company

Especially in this company A person called alok he is much more money minded guy he used to take money from office In all side.for my final settlement also he used to cut 75% of my benefits only few money I got..very very worst management money minded people
