No proper communication regarding company policy. They will cut your salary because of half an hour late coming without providing information initially. Also if you ask them the reason, you get fired same day because you discussed with HR.

And let's talk about the Noida office- Well Designed, prime location, plus the food scene is sorted and is easily accessible from the office location.

The company is all about working hard and achieving big things, but I think- adding more team-building activities or fun events could take the vibe up a notch- FOR SURE.
