Here, I worked as a project officer. I was handing over two projects with 21 team member working under me. Believe me, the job security is very bad over here. I am mean the trust system and senior level authorities are horrible. There are some most old employee who always do byeus with newly join employee. Over all my experience is 3 out of 10. After founder respected Sara maam gets sick the whole organization was changed. Trustee's are not supportive. No carrier growth. No increment growth. No job security. I was worked here two times. In 2015 I was working on field as community organizer. At that time the founder was there who keep support to each and every employee and do motivate to all in any situation. But, unfortunately she is fighting against cancer and the replace post authorities taking disadvantage of founder.
