1- Being from technical background, I've had numerous opportunities to learn and grow, gaining valuable knowledge on the way. 2- Good team managers and lead. 3- Specifically, my team lead is very good and should be awarded.

Dislikes

1- 6 days of working (Monday - Saturday). 2- Salary is quite low. 3- Basic facilities are not present like tea, coffee etc. 4- There are very few leaves available, and unfortunately, you will not be able to take them.

Likes

The environment there is been never a single day where I haven't enjoyed working i really like the people here especially my manager to be honest i really feel blessed to work with him also the kind of work which i do here is really really very satisfying from the core of my heart.

Dislikes

Well i guess every company has it's pros and cons so for this I would honestly say the compensaton is only thing which i guess must be increased and i guess a bit more leaves would be a cherry on cake and due to traffic i usually got late but they really understand that and are coperative.

Likes

1. The senior developers and team leads are incredibly helpful. Even as a junior developer, I was trusted with the ownership of several projects, which helped me grow professionally. 2.The workplace is well equipped with modern amenities.

Dislikes

The company doesn't offer WFH options, which is sometimes challenging for me.

Likes

Good part about the company is that the company will treat you like a family member which means job security and we have seniors who have acted as the best mentors in shaping my career.

Dislikes

We have flexible working hours but we can have even more flexible working hours and days.

Working with the comapny has been exceptional experience, the team is highly Professional and dedicated, ensuring that every project exceeds expectations.

Dislikes

The experience with the the company is overall satisfactory but there is room for improvement like basic hybrid policy otherwise good.
