Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

It is a great experience to interact with team of teachers and students , to discuss about new innovative ideas , solving problems of students and staff , accepting new challenges in field of education . Talking with kids and to understand them is really a joy where I too feel like a child sometimes. Improving new co scholastic areas for personality development and sports etc give an added advantage . Overall it is a best environment always available if one can maintain it with his/ her leadership qualities.

Dislikes

Sometimes it is quite hurting when parents create unnecessary pressure for simple issues or use threatening language for teachers but it can be handled if one handle tactfully. Security of students is a challenge . Discipline among senior students needs continuous supervision to ensure healthy environment.
