Bottom of people salary is too low .work too much. CBRE given salary very very low. CBRE is good but top level of people very very worst like salary are given very low ... In hyd region Top of people not seeing & not encourage bottom of the people not. Salary cutting is too much

The work culture is very good. specially the top management is very supportive.

Dislikes

Salary offered is less than overall market standards. Specially manpower employees are always under fear of job loss due to uncertainties. HR needs to work on this and give some confidence to manpower employees about job security. Also greenfield project employees have to slog from monday to saturday for almost 12 hours daily which take a toll on the overall health of the employees. HR needs to tackle this issue seriously on priority.

Since i am deployed on client site my salary incriement is depend on client. Apart from that compmay may provide you 2%- 3% increment every year.

Secured Job, Very good working culture, Management support in all situations, and very good company policy which is benefitted to an employee.

...employee inefficient then they will be given an opportunity to prove his talent. And salary hike is very less even if I work hard.

Government sector has always been the competitor for any employment, but now it's also not enough for job security. I heard now the Government is not providing any pension. Still CBRE is perfect in Job Security. Work culture has always been amazing so far, because either you can be a part of culture, or also you can change the culture. I haven't read any company policies, but still due to some faith I feel nobody needs to!

... If a team has similar goal to achieve. CBRE always supports in career growth. Salary is always sufficient in CBRE as per your efforts and interest. The company is always open for learners & the definition for the work environment for me, is always people around me. May be CBRE is already leading, so let the chase stay alive. Yes, sometimes work-life balance can be disturbed. May be because of the employee.
