1. Too much politics on leadership level 2. Director in Gurgaon office chages very frequently and don't give kt to new director which causes loss of pramotion to employees 3. Faviourism in promotion.

Upper leadership team will change very frequently without giving KT to a new leader that will cause loss of your as new leadership will not be aware about your work and promotion will be given to new hires. If you are working more than 2 years here, then upper management will thing, you are not getting better opportunity outside and they will treat you as granted and less preveledged.

Lack of professional environment. Management sets unrealistic targets. They expect employee to work after office hours. IT Management is just like sales department. No parking space available for employees.
