Since i am deployed on client site my salary incriement is depend on client. Apart from that compmay may provide you 2%- 3% increment every year.

...employee inefficient then they will be given an opportunity to prove his talent. And salary hike is very less even if I work hard.

I have had worked in CBRE for 3years it is very good company from every perspective salary growth, leave policy, work invoirment it was a great journey of 3years , if I will opportunity then one more again I will join CBRE
