...r boss will harras you pressurise u so that u can left the job. No mental peace. If u r on notice period not able to serve 30 days notice period they will ask u to pay the rest amount no one will be there to listen u but person who is from reference they will not charge anything if he/ she is not serving the 30 days notice period. So pathetic CBRE staff is.

The best thing about working at CBRE is that I always get paid on time, and the firm never thinks twice about disciplining us for even minor faults.

Dislikes

One of the things I noticed most about CBRE is that, in order to maintain its value, the company prioritizes its reputation over the future of its employees and pays little attention to their development. The supervisors there aren't afraid to damage employee morale or demotivate their progress, which is something I've only seen in my 25 years of career.

Globally it’s good but when it comes to India it’s not average. People are working there because there is no better option available in the market as this type of nature of business is mostly outsourcing and company doesn’t pay well to its employees

Dislikes

... security Work life balance 6 days working and No overtime to on-site FM team. Learning is limited Promotion and salary hike is biased Job vacancy is available within the company and same region but they don’t offer to existing employees and hire from outside. From couple of years or specially from pandemic time this company doesn’t care about employees and what they contributed since many years for its client and company.

As provided stars in diffrent criteria... you can have work life balance, job security. skill developement & learning good things etc.

Dislikes

Since i am deployed on client site my salary incriement is depend on client. Apart from that compmay may provide you 2%- 3% increment every year.
