Fast growing company in project management and cost consultancy, no salary pendings, yearly increment based on performance.

(Applicable to Cost consultancy only not project management) Some managers are not professional, less salary and more works, too much process and documentation for unwanted works, no proper recognition for hard workers.

Can grow career faster. Teammates are like family

Compensation is decent, but work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in evening and sometimes late into night. Mangers do not value an individuals' unique strength

Management don’t trust CBRE employees potential of work rather they trust clients comments of the particular employee, if client say some employee don't want in-the project they will shift the employee to the other project rather trusting there employee work potential
