No job security and work ethics of company not followed at all on sites. Management supports unprofessional practices of property manager. Its typically operates as manpower supplier agency.
Globally it’s good but when it comes to India it’s not average. People are working there because there is no better option available in the market as this type of nature of business is mostly outsourcing and company doesn’t pay well to its employees

6 days working and No overtime to on-site FM team.

Promotion and salary hike is biased
Job vacancy is available within the company and same region but they don’t offer to existing employees and hire from outside.
From couple of years or specially from pandemic time this company doesn’t care about employees and what they contributed since many years for its client and company.
No proper hike, even some people got 3k hike on salary.
I was a senior manager and I communicated that follow 03 years strategy with your junior if you want to grow- In first year provide low hike, in year two a hike of 10-12% with a sweet 🍬 goli of promotion and finally in 03 year nominal hike with promotion. Then if you want to go out you can go. They solved their purpose from you. In brief you will get apps 20% hike in 03 years. Think and choose wisely !
They even switch off AC to save and don't care even when some employees say they are suffocating.

...thorough SOPs in place.
CBRE is very punctual on Salaries and any other claims.
CBRE salary packages are good and they don’t hesitate on giving out fancy designations.
Attendance is done on an app, so you are not bound to do a physical biometric punch in.
Leaves are sufficiently provided approx (2.5 per month -CL + PL).
PJM of CBRE particularly in NCR is rotten to its core. Processes are followed only on paper.
On site Employees are treated as 3rd class citizens.
Management and HR are least interested in well being of employees and are more result oriented.
Annual increment is somewhere between 5-8% , which feels like a joke.
There are no quarterly/annual awards or appreciations. Just one local 4 hr outing in a year in which you won’t be allowed to go because you have to attend to Client requirements.
Working days/Time is as per Client only, so whatever promise you get on offer is only on paper.
Retention rate of CBRE has considerably gone down due to poor employee management.
