...Pune location then you will lost sick leave. Means lost one vacation trip 😊. There is no bonus policy 😜. Just keep salery. Even not recieved a choclate from corporate office at deewali greetings.

Site bases employees gets freedom for getting hands on experience in every areas like vendor appointment etc

...ity and others at site suffer and work more to compensate their inefficiency 3. Many direct staffs were asked to go leave without compensation with just half a day notice. The staffs were selected not based on non performance but those people who stood neutral in the internal politics

Compensation is decent, but work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in evening and sometimes late into night. Mangers do not value an individuals' unique strength
