Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I like some employees because they are understanding and cooperative..

Dislikes

They didn't release salary on time, They paid me less than what they have committed to pay.. HR didn't pick phone and whatever they would do, you have to be polite with her.. Like whatever.. You have to polite even if they don't release your salary after 15 days from the date of payment... Horrible..

The company is located at a good location that one can easily find it.It provides dinner at night shifts.

Dislikes

...0 hours.and also no medical facility ,no insurance etc as i was in night shifts.it was said at interview that salary will be hiked after 3 months but it is not hiked since 1 year.After 3 months when i told this matter they forcibly gave.me impossible targets.Also some employees are corrupted in my section that they get salar in this company but work for other company and they steal the valuables data of the company.At night.shift also the partiality takes place that is if one employee doing mistake he gets less punishment than other.
