Good for freshers can gain a lot of new knowledge and experience. They will train the freshers from the scratch.

Dislikes

They'll not give any overtime or incentives and the salary is ok for freshers but after a year that is not going to be sufficient and they too will not increase. We have to keep asking them.

...d of hundreds. Other are simply making money for no reason in higher management. Employees in the lower rank r not paid the salary worth their work. Politics has corrupted the higher management... They are unaware of basic management principles. This company has ruined its own future. It's pathetic to work for

Colleagues and co-workers are the sole factor to keep you working there. COO is directly involved in the process so workflow process goes smooth. Yearly appraisals.

The work atmosphere is not very good. Basic facilities are good. Professionalism is not being maintained well. A lot of politics internally. Take time to make decisions for joining and be prepared for all kind of work apart from your profile.
