Promotes toxic work culture. People get fired on speaking truth. HR and administration are straight liars. 90% employee are interns (reason: easy to exploit.)

The freshers cannot be trained as trained in MNC, If you are going to work here you need to have above intermediate knowledge on the tools you are working on.
