...performance bonous and not giving it to employees. a person with a package of 6.5 lpa got lesser salary than 4.5 lpa 🤣. they didn't have any client as their product is garbage. you shouldn't join this company unless and until u have very high requirements of job . they hire new joiners and didn't confirm them for years and give them salary of an associate engineer, think a software Engineer with salary of 15k.

...mployees are subjected to harassment in an attempt to improve product stability. Their policies regarding working hours are also unjust, as they deduct half a day's salary if an employee is late for a meeting scheduled after their working hours. These practices clearly violate labor laws. This company should take a page from more successful companies on how to run their business effectively and ensure product stability. Additionally, it appears that the head of the DEV team, Neeraj Jain, lacks understanding of the product development cycle and may be self-centered.
