There is nothing to like in cavisson system, everything is fake here . specifically the managers and leads. What to say about senior management? They don't listen to anyone. They promise one thing and then deliver another thing. And they wonder why they don't have any clients. The manager gaslights every team member , but he will be the first one to take the a**. The ratings are specifically based on how much favorite you are to your team lead. but they act like every problem lies within you while they are red flags. They don't have any vision or clarity. They discriminate against Muslims. They treat freshers likes bonded labour and ask for 3 lakh rupee blank cheque which they threaten to cash if you leave before 1.5 years. Saturdays are working. Timing is not flexible. If you need to report at 9:30 AM and leave at 6:30 PM Senior management is incompetent. Work environment is really good like there are many good guys who will help you and guide you. You will learn many things technology wise.

Dislikes

Office politics is really bad. The work environment is not healthy for everyone. There is no work life Balance like if you are going to office then if you leave early Then it is a crime in the eyes of your seniors. You don’t get appraisal, bonuses, and sometimes salary also gets strucked.
