Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Management is really helpful. Work life balance us unmatched to any other company, it's on top, I can say. Learning curve is limited. Seniors and colleagues are good, if you get a right team. No cafeteria, no food only chai. Flexibility yo work from home and get a chance to visit on site if you wish or vice versa. Overall, If you want to explore, you can work day and night. If you want to sit on bench, you can do that as well.

Dislikes

No hike. No food. No cafeteria. No indoor games or extra curricular activities. No gym. Not a steep learning curve. Not a great infrastructure.
