No cafeteria, no food only chai. Flexibility yo work from home and get a chance to visit on site if you wish or vice versa. Overall, If you want to explore, you can work day and night. If you want to sit on bench, you can do that as well.

Dislikes

No hike. No food. No cafeteria. No indoor games or extra curricular activities. No gym. Not a steep learning curve. Not a great infrastructure.
