I am not satisfied with the appraisal and salary hike, they are not looking properly, I have done better business than other and I did not get enough hike and expected promotion, but who didn't do anything they got ,this is bit surprised to me .

Not much products (Because it's like a Gold Loan Company with Bank label).

Dislikes

.... 8. Waste IT department. 9. Salary of executive and work of deputy manager. 10. No salary revision. 11. Shift time start 9am and end time not 5 or 5:30pm. You can expect go after 8 pm only. 12. Not employee friendly 13. There is no corporate culture.

Timely motivation and timely getting salary and expenses

Line manager has only maintain attendance traffic and not bother about your work and event not being appropriate or awarded about your outcome and because of that top management didn’t understand what exactly you are doing, event sometime people doesn’t recognised that you are the part of that organisation.

Full of lier before joining or after joining they told you in training that you will take vehicle convence but they will not provide there is no job security for anyone unnecessary harrassment mentally torcher I will not recommend to anyone I think Axis Bank is much better as compared this bank altest axis bank never fired you due to non performence or low performance.

Salary in time. That too if you are not checking properly they will take a small portion

Everything. For salesman the salary is really low. No travel allowance. They will offer you travel allowance but you need to fulfill the criteria. (10 silver plus account- 10000 rs account . Customer need to keep 10k every month else 360 rs will debit every month . Need to take life insurance (tell savings plan so customer will take the plan) gold you need to take 20Lakh. I worked in elakamon, kollam. Really a bad work culture. I worked so hard and manager put all credits to a female employees code. Later I find out and I questioned . He is a IB staff so I put resignation as my opposition against their attitude
