Salary didn't not matched with given work, low salary, they are not providing any bonus for diwali, I don't spend time with my friends and family after joining this work because I have too work.

Fantastic work-life balance The pay is very good considering that the stress is not as high as most cos at this level Great job security

Might not be motivated to work as hard since there's a lack of growth after a point of time. Initial learning is great but tapers off

CAT in Aurangabad offer good pay worth more than the living cost in tier2 city

CAT in Aurangabad is built on an intimidating and daunting culture. No respect to employees and causes disconcerting. Leadership (so called) rely on threatening and slavery approach without any sort of human values Aurangabad is a city with limitations in good education and hospitals. I'd suggest someone who wanted to join this organization to think thrice before making decision

There is lot to learn technically. good work life balance, but it depends on team. Job rotations available. Job security is good

Too much work in some terms. Compensation is not competative.employer engagement is less
