Leadership (so called) rely on threatening and slavery approach without any sort of human values Aurangabad is a city with limitations in good education and hospitals. I'd suggest someone who wanted to join this organization to think thrice before making decision

There is a lot politics and the management, salary is decent but career growth is slow, 2 year's before which you cannot resign.
