Its a transmission assembly department. My work is assemble the Input shaft, counter shaft,Main shaft,Idler shaft and AWD shaft .I gave good quality assembly part's. This shafts are called sub assembly parts. Different models and top-level, its a risky job.But I like this subassembly department

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners. Not supportive nature during trouble with customer's and only focus on business, , takes long time to pass TADA bill, In other aspects it is in average

Salary okay, flexible hours little okay

Dislikes

Very bad culture, 5 days work from office leaves no time for family or doing other activities. Overall skill development is slow because of mostly inside projects. Very backward towards technology usage. And most people are biased towards one part of the India (Tamil).

Caterpillar is one of the MNC based company ,we have opportunity to learn so many things in production, logistics, supply chain, procurement, purchasing, transportation, safety is the most important to them,

Dislikes

Salary didn't not matched with given work, low salary, they are not providing any bonus for diwali, I don't spend time with my friends and family after joining this work because I have too work.

Might not be motivated to work as hard since there's a lack of growth after a point of time. Initial learning is great but tapers off
