...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is no single positive thing. First all work for salary, but catasynth does not provide salary on time. Confirmation is not done on time. Management is worst. Very bad culture. No canteen facilities.

Main drawback is the canteen they don't have canteen facilities And the first thing is it's Admin building It's just like a trash lots of civil works are still pending and even painting work that really creats an bad impression for the person who sees this company for the very first time

50 %peoples are good and helpfull and 50% are worse and job secure but management doesnt give proper response

Working culture is not safe no proper safety and bypass the work with unsafe act and also there is no facilities for employees like cafeteria , no proper water and tea , no proper leave sanction procedure also here if you take one day leave manager wants medical certificate for that. Worthless HR policies
