Here seniors are partial. Hiring those who can work in less money. Expects too much in salary which is so less. HR also don't favor it's employees. No Wfh policy. Hiring of near relatives and then giving them extra privileges which other employees don't get.

Nothing at all. Since I have enough reasons to dislike this company since they haven't paid me my outstanding salary.

Dislikes

1. The culture is that people would back bite about you if you leave on time. They are all interested to stay at work for long hours and licking the boots of the Boss. 2. The seniors are over dramatic and promotes favouritism. Even if the client is threating or abusing you, the fault is yours. Your reporting will never favour you. 3. If you leave the company during probation, they wont pay you the outstanding money. So be careful. 4. Overtime working hours are permanent is this company. I feel sad for the professionals who are made fools as they do this operational slavery for endless hours.

...rming. It's evident that the company's management lacks direction and integrity. Moreover, the low pay reflects a blatant disregard for employee well-being and future prospects. Overall, my experience at this company has been disappointing, to say the least. I strongly advise against joining, as there is no room for growth or professionalism in such a toxic environment

...avourite people who are the front runners and rest others are treated like shit. They didn't even pay the full and final settlement to me. I would recommend all fraternity to never ever join this stupid company. Their clients are also worst!! And no one will support you even if client is wrong.

Politics and poor management considering only few favourite people and treating rest others like shit.

One of the things I enjoy most is the supportive work environment. The open communication and willingness to share ideas foster a sense of teamwork and collective achievement, which makes coming to work every day inspiring.

Dislikes

I've noticed that communication between departments could be improved. While we have great teams, sometimes information doesn't flow as seamlessly as it could,which occasionally leads to misunderstanding.
