Additionally, some senior members in cross-functional teams can be a bit rude and difficult to work with, which can create an uncomfortable work environment at times. This occasionally hampers effective collaboration and can be discouraging. Addressing these issues could significantly enhance the overall workplace experience and morale.

I have joined here as a Business Analyst. I am enjoying the work culture maintained over here. there are plenty of things to learn and gain more experience from all the senior and supportive mentors.
