Good place show your technical knowledge and experience. Based on the my experience I have freedom to take decision-making with my workplace. I have increased the production 240MT to 320MT per month by design review of dies and reduction of Break down in Machines. I have trained Engineers and technicians to meet the current global quality standards.

Dislikes

Job security is poor. Salary increase is not good.

Working environment is good, salary will credit in correct date.good team members.

Dislikes

...e to learn more, politics,must have to work for 12hours,Over time vages is less.sunday also working day but no proper salary.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
