Work life balance is something that is lagging. Moreover the salary is not matching the work load. There is no parity in salary. For the same work ex they are offering more salary to a person who is working in tier 2 city

Dislikes

The schemes scheme construction. Because they should give scheme from starting date to end of the month. There should not be any closer of scheme in middle of the month & then again extend the scheme. This makes hurdles to communicate scheme to dealers.
