Company is not reacting as per the industry changes. There won't be any market support from top management as per the requirements. Most of the activities will happen only for the PPT purpose. Brand team & Top Managements won't visit market to under the reality.

Inflated Package with too low in hand salary. Politics, Zero growth and current job culture makes it a vulnerable place to work.

We made Strong relation in market with dealers because of Brand name. They admire you.

Area managers are just telecaller. Never come to market only come if there is any higher manager will visit to the territory.

Dislikes

The schemes scheme construction. Because they should give scheme from starting date to end of the month. There should not be any closer of scheme in middle of the month & then again extend the scheme. This makes hurdles to communicate scheme to dealers.
