Area managers are just telecaller. Never come to market only come if there is any higher manager will visit to the territory.

The schemes scheme construction. Because they should give scheme from starting date to end of the month. There should not be any closer of scheme in middle of the month & then again extend the scheme. This makes hurdles to communicate scheme to dealers.

every Saturday is closing and month ending also have a closing , you need to fullfill minimum 80% target in every satyrday in any condition.. work life balance is so bad..
