Salary depends on cheques signed by MD Mr. Rahul Jain &Gautam Jain. It can vary from 15th of month to 25th of month. If you are good in eyes of AVP Mr. AK Pandey then your job is secure , unless all will sucks your life. Job start time 9am end time can be 8,9,10pm .

Department head se bola jay ki har month ka record do or is record ko break down ka solution do PPT ke maadhym se 2;- comunication ko batter kro 3 :- die casting main pilor melting point Or ye strong hone chahey 4. Or 1 person Aisa ho jo research or plant development or production development or quality development or rejection % main point decrease krna or ye ho skta h E.t.c

The work pressure is so high.Everyday I have to work minimum 12 hours straight in a both shifts. Here I m CMM(Co-ordinate measuring machine) operator and programmer.But I m busy in my work for full day that's way I m not able to do work here.
