Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The main thing is all the members of a teams is very supportive. The work environment is also good, and there is no problem for a day off. The good thing about the company is they give a appraisals on annually basis.

Salary comes on time, less of delaying. Teammates are supportive. Less salary hike, no bonus.

...ted. 4) There is one men driven company. 5) There is no promotional increment. 6) There is no bonus/incentive at all. 7) You do feel insecure every movement. 8) All process will be in Swedish language so you face a lot of problems to understand the document so you need to use translater every movement.

Only the teammates are supportive in this company.

Dislikes

Lot of politics in this company, Salary is very low. No hike, no bonus, no compensation and many other things. Boss is always standing on our head for everything you do in the company.
