Work culture is quite challenging. They changed working days and hours policy after mass hiring. Politics, shoe lic king is the only way to survive in this organization. The senior of tech architect and Product has zero knowledge of their own domain, if taken actual interview rounds, both won't be able to crack the basic round. Job Security is ZERO. No Feedback, appreciation, recognization for employees. Terrible culture for those who are expecting career growth.

Being part of a startup, responsibilities and expectations will be high at times. Important to understand the risk of non performance and work accordingly. Work flexibility options might not be the most appealing initially but management in progress to find the right balance.
