...but will not even do after completing 6 months keep shifting to different teams doesnt pay salary/stipend on time, will have minimum of 3 months salary delays management is not tranparant expect you to be available always 24/7 even after leaving the organisation F&F will not be cleared and there will be no response will trouble you for the exp letter also for the duration you worked for

Dislikes

They Hire people and then fire without any prior notice. Hold back salary for months. Never join this fraud company. Overtime work and no salary for months. Telling my and my teammates experience. They don't provide basic requirements forget about perks. They use abusive languages with employees.

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
