Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ...but will not even do after completing 6 months keep shifting to different teams doesnt pay salary/stipend on time, will have minimum of 3 months salary delays management is not tranparant expect you to be available always 24/7 even after leaving the organisation F&F will not be cleared and there will be no response will trouble you for the exp letter also for the duration you worked for

Dislikes

They Hire people and then fire without any prior notice. Hold back salary for months. Never join this fraud company. Overtime work and no salary for months. Telling my and my teammates experience. They don't provide basic requirements forget about perks. They use abusive languages with employees.
