Very good place for freshers to learn Please don't expect good salary but u wil gain very good knowledge, u can rock once you go out for here Salary will be on time

No proper discussion will happen regarding the increment HR team is the worst - no response to the employee If you are staying long term at this company , u will be loosing your respect. Management will blindly believe new employees but not the old employee's

I don’t find any good things over the company, if you don’t have any other options then you can work.

There’s no proper salary, it means variable will deducted from salary and then they won’t give. They won’t give leaves, office atmosphere is not good and management is treating like sleeves.

Bangalore office is worst planning to go to Maharashtra office. A selected few loud voice seniors constantly make fun of junior and insult before everyone. if you are lucky enough to be alcoholic, you join and promotes quickly.

Training :There is no training available for new technology of market on sap still company is lagging because they are handling more support projects. Career Growth: Don’t join this company as a technical Cunsultant if you joined you will be outdated in market Salary/ Appraisal: will be credited on or before 7 of every month without fail ,but not expecte appraisals they make you fool by giving tack promises. Politics: Management team is to worst they are just play with everyone . Learning: zero % for experienced employee. Work environment: Company didn’t have proper assets with shortage of chairs for working employees ,you need do you work by standing also. Work life balance: Don’t join this company if you married .if you joined you ll spoile your relationship with your family. Working hours are very strict if you’re logged in after 9:30 am more than 3 times in a month your salary will deducted but you can’t logout 6:30 pm they will change punch machine times daily it will delayed by least 20-30 minutes.Only 20-25 minutes lunch break no tee breaks. The work environment is like jail.

Only I can say if you are joining this company, HR will ask you commitment some years. So be careful with this because so many employes are suffered. The company policy says that “if you leave the company with in commitment period or resigned you will not get your experience”.There is no buy out option also. Like a slave need to work in commitment period.

Exposure to various technologies, opportunity to Lead Team and Project. Handholding by Seniors, Training on managing and handling Customers

Compensation is good but work pressure is high and have to work for late hours to meet customer deadlines.
