...ace to work. Having good clients. Clients place also more follow up on employee. Compensation wise good.now caspex starter appraisal also.i think in this I will get hike also. They also share client feedback to employees in which area needs to improve

I really like the prompt responses from my current account manager Navith and how he provides me lot of clarity any time I need with questions regarding contract or any work related issues.

Dislikes

I would really like to be better compensated :) and get some PTO but I know this is not entirely under Caspex's control. Sometimes I want to just get a mental health day off there is few very sick days available which I need for doctor's visits or when I really get sick.
