Salary is less compare to other vendor. 2years bond for freshers but you have to stay 2.5 years in bond.

Since I have been working here for six months, I 've been certain things on how to give the opportunities for employee's. I learned how to manage the projects, discuss with the team how to manage the problems associated with the project, etc... and the way to deal with the employee's is good.

Firstly the work culture is wonderful, my teammates and other colleagues were very friendly and approachable. The management is professional and lenient. I learned a lot in just 2 months of my internship about the corporate culture and digital marketing as a whole. I'd thank especially Mr. Mukesh who is the Lead for Digital Marketing and my team member Mr. Shanguma who was guiding me in my work every single day.

Dislikes

Did not find anything to criticize about. Everything works exactly how a corporate company needs to function with a bit more leniency which is a plus.
