Very attractive job, new field, to learn so many things in Japanese style. Satisfied the salary, if you persuade the manager logically with KPI/KGI. They do not care how much hours I dedicate to work, just numbers and KPI/KGIs matters.

Dislikes

A bit too logical, maybe the manager from Consulting firm.

I took care of SEO part for their service, new product SEO was difficult to boost, bookmarking, ranking, other seo aspects. but really good to know the start up business, how it will grow in the future. Other digital marketing activity worked on...

Dislikes

I could not dedicate the SEO activity only. I was expecting the SEO work but also I worked for the paid campaignes, such as ppc, SNS marketing, analysing etc. It is good to learn and fun though.

Very good work with Japanese company in India. New experiences, collaborate with Japanese HQ. What was new to me? Agriculture field and IT= Agri-tech with Japanese Goverment Agency in India. Connect with Director Directly which is good culture for the start up.

Not really, but I did not expect in Agri-tech field. Too new for me to learn and catch up. the technology has based in Japan so that miss communication sometimes happened...

First paid graphic designer experience. Learn so many advertising graphics. Competitor analysis, design skill. Some SNS marketing making. accept my comments, understand.

Dislikes

Not much, but need to learn service brand concept and adjust the graphics.
