Dislikes

There is very little scope of skill development or opportunity to get chance to showcase your calibre. The work is quite monotonous and the skills and experience of the employee is not exactly getting utilised as they put wrong employees to the wrong role and then employee as well as the company have to go through difficult decisions such as layoffs which is very difficult to manager thereafter specially for the employees. They should choose the right candidate for the right role so that no one suffers. Stability of the employees is largely affected in the organisation without any performance related issues.

Likes

Love to work under a small team and the manager is super cool and friendly. Also, I like the company's culture & work-life balance environment. There is a lot of scopes to experiment with around the work. Others teams are always open to help. I always try to attend the product presentations & those are very exciting & bring up a new door of learning for me.

Dislikes

I think cashfree can improve the compensation structure. An employee should have proper compensation based in their experience. Also, there is no such benefit except uber and Sodexo credit.

Likes

- Truly open culture, nice peers to work with. - Challenging problems to solve on the floor - Usually don't care about HR, but our new HRBP Laxmikant seems like someone who is deeply interested in our growth story. Never came across someone so inclined with business teams. Conversations with him have been very inspiring and refreshing.. so that's a plus since we have right ppl to enable us when needed. - Insurance and other perks

- 5 day WFO - sometimes, I feel leadership message or information is broken by the time it reaches us

I really enjoy working at Cashfree Payments because the entire projects team is very supportive and collaborative. All the project managers are incredibly helpful , and I appreciate how this environment allow to me how to complete my work on time Over all the combination of team work and effective leadership make cashfree payment a grate place to grow the contribute. Each project manager is incredibly helpful providing guidance and feedback to enhance my skill and confidence.

When considering what I dislike about the working in Cashfree Payments . I more focus on positives. I have gathered all the valuable insight experience from my time here to implement in future projects . I generously hope to continue growths and success of Cashfree payments . and I pray for its business to thrive day by day .

Likes

Cashfree has a vibrant culture, teams are helping we have really friendly hrs except 1 who left so now all looks good. Also most of the teams except inbound sales seems to have very understanding managers and lot of support.

Dislikes

My manager, I am scared to report this as I am afraid I might loose my job. I have never seen or worked with a manager who is so confused and has no aim for the team. He is not even helpful when it comes to need. He does not make targets clear or even support us like any manager his name is Rupesh Sinha we expected our hr to take an action but nothing was done. We could see our teammate a women crying on the floor because of Rupesh. It is really sad to see just because of one person we are loosing the entire companies name, I will be posting this even on X and twitter as manager like him should not be given to anyone. He has 0 knowledge of sales very partial to folks and does not show empathy to the team if some in our family is dead and we ask him a leave he does not give, he forcefully asks people to resign and does not care of anyone in the team. He is causing fear amoung new joinees as well. I really wish Cashfree takes stern action on Rupesh.
