Founders are clueless, completely direction less, employees had to bare the brunt of their incapability. They have a no money in the bank, even clients are leaving them. Likely to shut down very soon.

Manager is very supportive and teammates are very good. Working culture here is very positive. Getting a chance to learn many things. Company policies are good.
