If you are hired as an intern, you're finished You're 6 months will get wasted. All salary and package structure is scam Don't try to fall for that package and benefits Your starting career will get ruined.

They're taking numerous interns like a sheep and make competition among them. Though they know there vacancy limit. Remember Not to be placed via campus time.

Pros:- 1) Good infrastructure 2) Good machines 3) Good leave

Dislikes

1) In hand salary is very less than actual CTC (around 30% less) 2) Your TL PM will give you mental pressure everyday.. you will be depressed.. you have to work for 10-12 hours daily 3) Appraisal is like a joke.. people here get the appraisal like 1-2k .. not more than that (mark my this words) 4) organization's process is biased towards senior employees (specially if you are QA.. please dont join here.. please) 5) Company just want to expand business and not life quality of employees Please please dont join...

As they hire 90 Interns from Gujarat and Mahrastra and after the 3 Months they told your Practical Exam will be taken. And The Exam Will be Offline No Internet Will be Given. We are Robot or what?? that Each and every line of the code are memorize and After the given the Practical Exam all the Team and Technical Leads Come to check. And there Was my friend Whose all task are Completed then all it is rejected. The Reason was Asked But No reply From HR. and After Practical Exam they take for HR Round About 20-30% Students and It is Said to be HR Round But it is Technical Interview Round Which is Taken by Product Manager and They Want all answere like We are Expirenced Students. After Cracking that they taken 40 Students As Training 0f 45 days. And The 3 months Traning should Be completed in 45 Days. How We Can? We are interns and We need Time. They Actually Gives Tourture to Ourself and In casepoint Polottics are Very high. And After 45 Days They again Remove the 10 Students. So Question is Here if You want the 25-30 Interns. Why are You taking 90 Interns and Making there 6 Months Waste.

NOTHING IS LIKABLE IN THIS COMPANY.. EVEN I GAVE 1 START BECAUSE THERE IS NO OPTION TO GIVE NEGATIVE RATINGS OR ELSE I WOULD GIVE -100 THEY HIRE INTERNS IN BULK QUANTITY AND TREAT THEM AS ANIMAL AND ROBOTS OF THEIR COMPANY AND NO STIPEND UNTIL YOU DON'T GET DESIGNATED AS AN EMPLOYEE , SPECIFICALLY THEY EVEN DON'T NEED SO MANY EMPLOYEES, YET THEY HIRE 100 INTERNS AND AFTER SO MANY EVALUATIONS, EXAM AND SOME MACRO-POLITICS WHICH IS BIASED THEY SELECT HARDLY 5-10 INTERNS, AND IF THE SELECTED INTERNS REJECT THE OFFER LETTER THEN THEY CALL THOSE INTERNS WHOM ALREADY THEY HAVE REJECTED JUST TO FILL THE SPACE IN THE OFFICE. THEY PLAY WITH THE LIFE, MENTAL HEALTH, CAREER, PERSONAL GROWTH OF THE HUMAN AND IN REWARD THEY GIVE NOTHING EXCEPT A CERTIFICATE WHICH IS NOTHING MORE THAN A PIECE OF PAPER. AFTER SPENDING 4-5 MONTHS THEY DOESN'T EVEN GIVE A SHIT TO ATLEAST GIVE THEM STIPEND FOR WHICH THEY HAVE HARD WORKED WHICH IS HUMLIATION TO THE ENVIRONMENT. HENCE, INSHORT EVEN IF YOU ARE INTERESTED A LITTLE BIT RATHER SIT IN YOUR HOUSE AND PREPARE FOR THE OTHER COMPANY BUT DON'T EVEN THINK TO APPLY HERE.
