Nothing. Wn ur salary is low, nothing is likeable. Intelligent n highly qualified do not stick around. Maximum 1 to 2 years.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Ideal for people who r not ambitious. Salary very low not par with market. Except for a few in the marketing dept most of the HResources r from tier 2n3 districts. For them this salary is great.
