Only product line and luxury industry.

Dislikes

Owner driven mindset. Leadership weak. Special old employees are apple of leaders eyes. Rest any new employee is left to themselves, not given orientation on joining, no support to help leads close. Treated like a fresher or executive even if you must have good work ex as the management doesn't differentiate between a senior or junior resource. Organisation structure, hierarchy, corporate culture BIG miss.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
