I am proud of my Company Carving IT. Our work culture is very Nice. Learnt many new things at Carving IT. I am able to manage many things apart from programming also successfully worked on many different projects. Work environment is very Good. Very helpful teammates. Salary/appraisal is encouraging. Dislikes

The work pressure is little high. Sometimes need to attend client call early in the morning and late at night also. Employee has to learn on his/her own. Some times senior folks help the freshers. But I enjoy this learning which is very challenging.
